These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Martin Shaffu Designs website.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

About Martin Shaffu Designs

Martin Shaffu Designs is a UK-based sole trader operated by Martin Shaffu.

Products

We make every reasonable effort to describe and display our products accurately.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, material or printing process.

Minor variations may also occur between individual printed or manufactured products and between production batches.

These variations do not necessarily constitute faults.

Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

Martin Shaffu Designs is not currently VAT registered, and VAT is therefore not charged separately on orders.

Delivery charges are shown separately where applicable.

We may change our prices from time to time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Placing an Order

You place an order when you complete the checkout process and submit payment.

You will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• a product is unavailable;

• an incorrect price or product description has been displayed;

• payment cannot be authorised;

• there is an issue preventing us from fulfilling the order; or

• we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Payment

Payment is taken securely using the payment methods made available at checkout.

These may include Squarespace Payments and PayPal.

Martin Shaffu Designs does not directly store your complete payment-card details.

Dispatch and Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 4–7 working days.

If a product has a different lead time, this will be stated on the relevant product page.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, busy periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered within the timeframe required under applicable UK consumer law.

Martin Shaffu Designs currently offers online delivery within the United Kingdom.

Customers outside the UK may contact martin.shaffu@gmail.com to enquire about possible international delivery arrangements.

Cancellations and Returns

You may return eligible items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and securely packaged for return.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Custom and Personalised Products

Products made specifically to your requirements or personalised for you may be excluded from the usual change-of-mind cancellation rights.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, please contact martin.shaffu@gmail.com.

Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all original illustrations, artwork, designs, photographs, graphics, branding, text and other creative material displayed by Martin Shaffu Designs remain the intellectual property of Martin Shaffu Designs.

Buying one of our products does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit the artwork or design.

Website Content

We aim to keep information on our website accurate and up to date.

However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, completely error-free or continuously available.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.

Martin Shaffu Designs is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into or which result from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The terms applying to your purchase will normally be those published on the website when your order was placed.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
