Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Martin Shaffu Designs currently delivers throughout the United Kingdom.
Orders are usually dispatched within 4–7 working days. If an item requires a longer lead time, this will be stated on the relevant product page.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. During particularly busy periods, dispatch or delivery may take slightly longer.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided where applicable.
International Delivery
International shipping is not currently available through our online shop, but we hope to introduce it in the future.
If you are based outside the UK and are interested in placing an order, please contact martin.shaffu@gmail.com and we will be happy to discuss whether delivery can be arranged.
Returns
Under UK consumer law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel,
followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.
Returned products should be unused, in their original condition and packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the cost of returning an unwanted item is the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received and checked, any refund due will be returned to your original payment method.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact martin.shaffu@gmail.com as soon as possible with:
your order number;
a description of the issue; and
photographs where appropriate.
We will arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution where appropriate.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Custom and Personalised Products
Products that have been made or personalised specifically for you cannot usually be returned simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
